Ingredients

Brownie Batter:

10 tablespoons butter, softened

140g lightly packed brown sugar

140g granulated sugar

1 large egg + 1 egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla extract

205g plus 3 tbsp flour

42g cocoa powder

1 tsp bicarb of soda

1/4 tsp salt

Chocolate Chip Cookie Batter:

10 tablespoons butter, softened

140g granulated sugar

140g light brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 large egg + 1 egg yolk

305g plus 2 tbsp plain flour

1 tsp bicarb of soda

1/4 tsp salt

200g chocolate chips
