20 sheets filo pastry
200g butter, melted
200g chopped mixed nuts
325g sugar + 2 tbsp for nuts
2tbsp honey, 1 for syrup, 1 for nuts
1 tbsp cinnamon
300ml/10½fl oz water
1 tbsp orange essence / blossom
juice & zest 1/4 lemon

It’s an incredible delicious sweet tasting lasagne style dish with an incredible crunch, the flavour of roasted nuts and cinnamon working through it and that sweet citrus sugar syrup drizzled all over.
