Turkish Delight

Ingredients

24g powdered gelatine
1tbsp rose water
450g caster sugar
1/2 tsp red food colouring
250ml water
icing sugar & cornflour to coat

In this video recipe Barry shows you how to make some homemade turkish delight. The ingredient and steps are relatively minimal to chuck this together, in fact the hardest part will be waiting for it to set so you can get stuck in.
